So Cal Convention Services is my favorite team to work with on I&Ds. I coordinate across the country and even have international shows. So I work with quite a few different I&D Teams. With Ted, I always have communication during the quoting process. If he is confused or has any concerns with what I am requesting, he addresses it right away. We then nail the entire job down and Ted properly quotes out labor. This saves me from running into additional costs from confusion on the show floor. As a standard practice, when the booth arrives to the show, Ted and his team open photograph every case that they receive. From there I will be informed if anything arrived damaged. I then get a progress report with photos of the booth setup. Once the show closes, they dismantle the booth, pack it and photograph every case that they packed. I also get a copy of the Outbound BOL. No other I&D Team I work with does this. His crew is a complete team in every aspect. They work very well together and are one of the fastest teams I have worked with. It is clear they have a very high understanding of the trade show industry. When I have shows in Southern California, I only use So Cal Convention Services.

Kyle has been with Skyline for nearly a decade and currently acting as both Service Manager and Asset Manager. He oversees the asset storage program, coordinates and supervises national installation and dismantle services, coordinates shipping, instructs clients on the exhibit set up process, and manages all aspects of the service department.
